During this winter season, shorter days and longer nights can be difficult, especially with the holidays. While the world sparkles with celebration, many among us are grieving or struggling – bearing the weight of a loved one, a diagnosis, depression, loneliness, addiction, an unraveling relationship, or an uncertain future. Many of us struggle when it seems like everyone else is joyful.
At times like this, we need to be lights for one another, holding out hope and compassion. Join us at the “Longest Night” service, a gentle, contemplative service that honors grief, welcomes lament, and makes room for hope.
