St. Luke’s Penn Foundation is preparing for its CARF accreditation survey.
A team of surveyors from CARF International will be visiting our organization on January 12, 2026 and January 13, 2026 to evaluate our programs and services, including: Inpatient Treatment – Integrated: SUD/Mental Health (Adults) and Withdrawal Management – Residential – Integrated SUD/Mental Health (Adults).
CARF accreditation is a sign of our commitment to providing the highest quality care and meeting internationally recognized standards.

Persons served, their families, employees, and other stakeholders are encouraged to provide feedback to the surveyors.
