Counseling & Psychiatry

St. Luke’s Penn Foundation’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers confidential*, professional counseling for the employee and members of the employee’s household. No authorizations are needed to schedule sessions at the convenience of the employee for either work or personal issues.

Services are offered via telehealth (phone or Zoom video) or face-to-face**. Employees and members of their household can seek counseling to assist with:

  • Stress management
  • Premarital, marital, or relationship
  • Support
  • Grief/loss
  • Work-life balance
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Alcohol or drug use
  • Child and adolescent issues
  • Parenting support
  • Career & work-related support

Employees and members of their household (18 years of age and older) also have access to a psychiatrist. Psychiatry service is only available at the Sellersville Office.

* Please note: Unless an employee signs a release of information, it is against the law for Penn Foundation’s EAP to tell you if an employee seeks counseling.

** During COVID, restrictions apply.
