Douglas Dager Joins Penn Foundation as Recruitment Coordinator

Douglas Dager has joined the staff of Penn Foundation in the newly created position of Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, Dager will be responsible for designing a recruitment strategy for Penn Foundation. He will be responsible for attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and attending job fairs and career events, among other Human Resources duties. Prior to joining Penn Foundation, Dager worked in Human Resources at BARC Developmental Services (Holicong, PA) and Delaware Valley Residential Care (Warminster, PA), focusing on the recruitment and retention of staff. Dager earned his degree in Human Resources Management from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
