Our Services

  • Inpatient Care: We offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals in the initial stages of withdrawal. Length of stay is based on the individual needs of the patient.
  • Medical Management: Our team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and Advanced Practitioners specializing in Internal Medicine, Toxicology, and Addiction Medicine, and registered nurses, provides around-the-clock medical care to manage withdrawal symptoms and co-occurring medical disorders effectively.
  • Psycho-Social Support: In addition to medical care, we offer psycho-social treatments to support recovery. This includes counseling and case management.
  • Integrated Treatment Plans: We develop personalized treatment plans to address both addiction and any concurrent medical and psychiatric conditions.

Our Approach

  • Comprehensive Care: We provide seamless coordination between addiction specialists and other medical providers to address co-occurring conditions, such as chronic conditions and mental health concerns.
  • Patient-Centered: Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they receive the right care at the right time
  • Education and Resources: Patients receive education about addiction and recovery, along with resources to support their journey post-discharge
  • Community Integration: We collaborate closely with community resources to support patients’ transition to residential or outpatient care and long-term recovery supports
  • Continuing Care: Our case managers collaborate with the patient to develop a continuing care plan.
