Sweatshirt of Hope | Franconia Initially empowered to bring his vision to life by the Pastor (Outreach Team) of Franconia Mennonite Church, this member has grown his ministry into its own non-profit that touches various communities and churches.
New Hanover Lutheran Church | Gilbertsville What started as a community member’s vision is now a full-fledged peer support recovery ministry, serving individuals in recovery and attracting new people who are inspired give back.
Ripple Church | Allentown See how a faith community opened its doors to people battling mental health and addiction to partner with them on their recovery journey.
