Support When It Matters Most

When your teen is struggling with emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges, you don’t have to navigate it alone. St. Luke’s Penn Foundation’s experienced team provides compassionate support, practical guidance, and connections to the right level of care – helping young people and families move forward with confidence.

Immediate Help for Urgent Needs

If your teen is experiencing a mental health or medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Trained crisis workers are available 24/7 by calling 215.257.6551 to provide support, help de-escalate situations, and guide you to the appropriate level of care. If immediate in-person intervention or medical attention is needed, we will direct you to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Support for Non-Life-Threatening Concerns

St. Luke’s Penn Foundation offers a range of services for adolescents (ages 14+) experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges that are not life-threatening. In a safe and supportive environment, our team provides assessments, therapy, skill-building, and care planning tailored to each child’s needs.

We support teens experiencing:

  • Anxiety and excessive worry
  • Depression or mood changes
  • Behavioral challenges or anger
  • Difficulty at school or school avoidance
