YESS! School-Based Therapy
St. Luke’s Penn Foundation’s YESS! (Your Emotional Strength Supported!) program provides school-based mental health services for students in participating districts, helping children and teens overcome emotional, behavioral, and social issues that interfere with success at school and at home.

Helping Students Succeed in School and Beyond
The YESS! program supports students facing mental health challenges that impact learning, behavior, or relationships, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, social difficulties, and school avoidance. Our therapists work directly with students while collaborating with families and school staff to reduce disruptive behaviors, improve self-monitoring, and strengthen coping skills – helping students stay engaged and confident in their daily lives.
Comprehensive, School-Based Services
YESS! offers a full range of integrated mental health services tailored to each student’s needs, including individual and group therapy, family counseling, and risk assessments when needed. Additional support may include a psychiatric assessment, medication management, connection to community resources and more, along with training and guidance for parents and teachers to reinforce positive outcomes across environments.

An Experienced, Collaborative Care Team
Our school-based therapists are master’s-level clinicians in social work, counseling, or psychology who partner closely with educators and families to develop individualized treatment plans and behavioral strategies. When needed, psychiatrists and advanced practitioners provide specialized evaluation and care, ensuring a coordinated, team-based approach that supports each student’s overall well-being.
