Children’s Mental Health Care Designed for Growing Lives
We recognize that children and adolescents face unique emotional and behavioral challenges as they grow. We offer a range of services to support young people and their families – helping them build resilience, strengthen relationships, and thrive.
Adolescent Inpatient Care
Our Adolescent Behavioral Health Unit provides 24/7 structured support for teens experiencing significant mental health symptoms or a crisis. In a safe, therapeutic environment, our experienced team delivers intensive, individualized care to help stabilize symptoms and begin the path toward recovery.
Treatment may include psychiatric and medical evaluations, medication management, individual and group therapy, and discharge planning. We work closely with families to ensure continuity of care and a smooth transition to the next level of support. Our Adolescent Inpatient Unit is located at St. Luke’s Easton Campus.
Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program
Adolescents receive care in a supportive, therapeutic setting from a dedicated treatment team comprised of a psychiatrist, master’s level case managers, mental health counseling assistants, and allied therapists who specialize in occupational therapy, art therapy, and music therapy. The program runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, at St. Luke’s Sacred Heart Campus.
This program focuses on symptom stabilization, skill-building, and emotional regulation, while allowing teens to return home each evening. The treatment team will work with the teen to:
- Develop a treatment plan
- Engage in meaningful group work
- Provide medication assessment and management
- Coordinate care with other providers and school
- Encourage caregivers to participate in care and attend the Family Skills Group held weekly
- Plan for discharge, including recommendations for mental health follow-up

Case Management
Our Case Management team works with children, adolescents, and their families to help them reach their goals and thrive in the community. We focus on practical, real-world support that helps families navigate systems, connect to resources, and reduce stress. Services can take place in our office, in your home, or in other community settings, wherever support is most helpful.
Case managers partner with families to provide guidance and coordination, including help with:
- Connecting to community resources
- Navigating school systems and educational supports
- Accessing public benefits such as public welfare or Social Security
- Coordinating mental health services
- Life coaching and goal setting to build independence and confidence
Our goal is to make systems easier to understand so families can focus on what matters most – supporting their child.

Counseling & Psychiatry
Our counseling and psychiatry services offer personalized, compassionate care for children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges. Whether a child is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, our team of therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and others provides support tailored to their needs.
Services begin with an initial assessment and may include individual, family, or group therapy, as well as psychiatric evaluation and medication management when appropriate. Our strength-based approach encourages active participation from both children and caregivers in developing a treatment plan. To schedule an appointment, call 484.822.5700.
Early Intervention
Early Intervention services support children (ages birth to 3) – and their families – who are experiencing a 25% or higher delay in any area of development: cognitive, language/speech, physical, social/emotional, and self-help. By identifying challenges early, we can provide targeted support that helps children build essential skills and reach developmental milestones.
Services are individualized based upon the unique needs of each child and their family and are provided in the child’s home, daycare center, or other settings familiar to the family.
Although we do not provide direct therapeutic support, we do collaborate with providers who offer special instruction, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. We will coordinate services that meet the needs and goals outlined in each family’s individualized service plan and provide strategies and ideas that can easily be incorporated into the child’s existing routines.

Family-Based Services
Family-Based Services provides intensive community-based and in-home support for children and adolescents (up to age 21) with significant emotional and behavioral challenges.
Children and adolescents enrolled in this program are typically at risk for out-of-home placement, so we focus on working with the family to successfully maintain the child in the home.
Using a team-based approach, we work with families to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and develop practical strategies for managing challenges.
Services are designed to keep children safely at home whenever possible while building long-term skills that support stability and growth. For more information, call 267.985.5409.
Integrated Mental Health Support in Primary Care
Mental health services are available in select pediatric and family medicine practices, making it easier to access support in a familiar setting. A behavioral health specialist works alongside your child’s primary care provider to offer timely guidance and coordinated care.
Children and teens may benefit from integration services if they are experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral challenges, or difficulty managing chronic health conditions. To learn more, speak with your child’s health care provider.
Mental Health Support Groups
Our mental health groups offer a supportive space for children and adolescents to connect with peers who share similar experiences. In these structured settings, participants build coping skills, improve communication, and gain confidence through shared learning and support.
Groups may focus on areas such as anxiety, depression, social skills, and life transitions, and are designed to complement individual therapy.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is an FDA-approved, non-invasive treatment for adolescents 15+ with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) who haven’t found relief with medication. Using gentle magnetic pulses, TMS stimulates areas of the brain linked to mood regulation – helping them feel better without surgery or anesthesia.
Many patients start to see improvement within 2 to 3 weeks of treatment. This can include changes in mood, fewer days of depression, and increased desire to engage with other people more often. It is common for some patients to see improvement after 4 weeks of treatment. To learn more, call us at 610.776.4838.
