St. Luke’s Penn Foundation’s trained crisis workers are available to provide compassionate support, practical problem-solving strategies, and connections to the right level of care.

Immediate Help in a Crisis
If you are experiencing a mental health or medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Trained crisis workers are available 24/7 by calling 215.257.6551 to offer supportive problem-solving strategies for mental health emergencies and connect you with the right level of care. If you or your loved one requires immediate face-to-face intervention or medical attention, we will direct you to your nearest hospital emergency room.
Support For Non-Life-Threatening Concerns
St. Luke’s Penn Foundation’s Mental Health Walk-in Center at the Lehighton campus offers support to individuals 14 or older for mental health and addiction situations that are not life-threatening. In a safe and welcoming environment, our caring staff can provide timely assessment, support, recovery planning, skills, and resources to manage emotional distress. The Center is open 24 hours a day on weekdays and 16 hours per day on weekends.

- Self-Injurious Behavior
