Penn Foundation offers two weekly yoga classes for individuals (ages 14 and over) receiving services at Penn Foundation:

Mondays  |  11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Wednesdays  |  4:30 – 5:30 pm

Classes are held in the Univest Community Room in the Loux Center.

If you cannot attend our in-person yoga classes, enjoy this 30-minute online yoga class led by our instructor Sara.

Breathing techniques and gentle stretches are explored with an emphasis on personal choice throughout the hour-long class. Modifications for yoga are provided to make it accessible for all levels of health and skill. Monday classes include a 15-minute discussion on a wellness topic.

Join us each Monday from 2:30 to 3:00 pm in the Univest Community Room (Loux Healthcare Center) as we practice guided seated, lying, and moving mindfulness exercises designed to bring us into the present moment. This class is free and open to all levels of health and skill.

Research shows that regular mindfulness practice can have a significant positive effect for those experiencing stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, chronic pain, migraines, heart conditions, diabetes, and other ailments.
