Yoga

Yoga ClassPenn Foundation offers two weekly yoga classes for individuals
(ages 14 and over) receiving services at Penn Foundation:

Mondays | 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Wednesdays| 4:30-5:30 pm

Classes are held in the Univest Community Room in the Loux Center.

Breathing techniques and gentle stretches are explored with an emphasis on personal choice throughout the hour-long class. Modifications for yoga are provided to make it accessible for
all levels of health and skill.  Monday classes include a 15-minute
discussion on a wellness topic.
