School-Based Outpatient Counseling

The School Based Outpatient Counseling program is offered to students at West Rockhill Elementary and Grasse Elementary in the Pennridge School District and Richland Elementary in the Quakertown Community School District.

This program serves as a link between the educational and mental health systems by providing on-site counseling services to youth who have been identified by school personnel or families as needing more specialized mental health services to function within the school setting.

The School Based therapists maintain the same confidentiality standards of traditional outpatient therapists and will only share confidential information with school personnel if the parent/guardian gives permission to do so.

Students can be referred to this program by school personnel or a parent/guardian. If you are the parent of a student at West Rockhill, Grasse, or Richland Elementary and would like to learn more about this program or refer your son/daughter, please call 215.453.5178.
