For Older Adults

Changing lifestyles, declining strength, loss of loved ones or friends, or illness are common challenges adults face as they age. We can help when these challenges become overwhelming or when they interfere with an individual’s life.

We provide specialized services for individuals 60 years of age and older as well as their loved ones. We will work closely with primary care physician(s), family, and caretakers. Our goal is to promote the health and well-being of older individuals in the community and assist when times get tough.

We can also provide treatment and/or consultation for a variety of problems seniors face, including: anxiety, behavioral changes associated with dementia, changing health and medical status, dementia and memory impairment, depression, family issues, and grief and loss.
