Tobacco Dependence - Clearing the Air

This program is designed for individuals receiving services at Penn Foundation interested in quitting smoking in the next 30 days. It is six weeks in length and includes preparation to quit, development and implementation of a quit plan, and relapse prevention. This program is supported by the Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership and funded through a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
