Timothy Zwilling, LPC, MA, Promoted to Director of Crisis Services
Timothy Zwilling, LPC, MA has been promoted to Director of Crisis Services at Penn Foundation. Tim joined Penn Foundation in 2013 as a Crisis Worker and became the Assistant Director of Crisis Services in 2015. Previously, he worked as a Mental Health Therapist at NHS Human Services (now Merakey). Tim graduated from LaSalle University with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling – Psychology.
Penn Foundation’s Crisis Services are located within the Emergency Department of Grand View Health. Trained crisis workers are available daily from 7:00am to 11:00 pm to offer supportive problem-solving strategies for mental health emergencies. The team works with individuals to assess their immediate needs. If further treatment is recommended, the team will help the individual access the services that they need.
