St. Luke’s Penn Foundation to Host Recovery is for Everyone Walk on September 16

Join St. Luke’s Penn Foundation on Saturday, September 16 at 9:00 am for its second annual Recovery is for Everyone Walk in celebration of National Recovery Month.

Recovery Month is a national observance to increase awareness and understanding of mental and substance use disorders and to celebrate the people who recover. It also serves to reduce the stigma and misconceptions that cloud public understanding of these diseases, potentially discouraging people from seeking help.

The 1.7-mile walk will begin and end at the Hope 23 Festival site (741 N. County Line Road, Souderton). Following the walk, participants can enjoy free food, music, kids’ activities, giveaways, and more at Hope Festival 23, sponsored by Sweatshirt of Hope.

There is no cost to participate in the walk, but registration is required.
