Yvonne Caputo, MS, MA, Named New Trainer for Penn Foundation’s Employee Assistance Program

Yvonne Caputo MS MAYvonne Caputo, MS, MA, has been named as the new Trainer for Penn Foundation's Employee Assistance Program (EAP). She replaces Kathy McCafferty, who has assumed the position of Director of Training and Education for Penn Foundation.

"I believe that successful companies are the ones that are very good at relationships. They trust and value their employees. Therefore, as a trainer, my goal is to help create strong relationships,” says Caputo. “I want to engage employees in wanting to do their best. In turn, this will strengthen the company's bottom line. Penn Foundation is an organization focused on helping people to grow. My mission is the same: I want to help companies grow."

Yvonne spent the past 17 years as the Vice President of Human Resources at Frederick Living, a continuing care retirement community in Frederick, PA. Prior to these roles, Yvonne spent 18 years teaching in the Erie School District. She earned her Master degrees in Education and Clinical Psychology from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
