Univest Grand Prix 2009
Univest Grand Prix 2009Be a Part of the Action - Volunteer at Univest Grand Prix

Do you love a good bicycle race? Do you like being right up front with all the action? Then volunteering at the Univest Grand Prix is for you! Penn Foundation is the beneficiary of this year's Univest Grand Prix Cyclosportif 100K on Saturday, September 12, 2009 in Souderton and will be coordinating volunteer course marshals. Volunteers are key in making the race safe and exciting. [Read More]
Volunteers are needed for shifts ranging from ½ hour to 4 hours and get an inside look at one of North America's top cycling events while helping the sport of bicycle racing to grow. Volunteers must be 18 or older or have signed parental permission.

For those who are truly passionate about volunteering and/or bike racing, there is a new position this year - Course Marshal Captain. Captains will take a leadership role in helping to recruit marshals and leading a team of 10-20 marshals on race day to ensure reliable coverage at each intersection throughout the race course. This is an exciting and fun way for a group to volunteer together!
