A Lawn Avenue Opportunity
In 2017, Penn Foundation was able to purchase a 6,000 square foot professional office building (711 Lawn Avenue, Building 1) next to its 30-acre campus in Sellersville. Acquiring this building represents a solution to the ongoing space needs of our growing organization. The building will be renovated to allow for expanded clinical responsiveness and flexibility for our outpatient addiction treatment programs.

The total cost for the purchase and renovation of this office building is $1.5 million. Your philanthropic investment will allow Penn Foundation to be responsive to community need by expanding our capacity to serve the men, women, and children who rely on us for help.
