DESCRIPTION:The Swing for Hope Golf Outing is a collaboration between the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce and Penn Foundation. \nThe day begins with an outdoor BBQ lunch at 11:00 am\, followed by a “Shotgun Start” at 12:30 pm. \nThe cost is $175/golfer. SUMMARY:VIRTUAL TRAINING - Time Management:  Work\, Home\, Community & Self
DESCRIPTION:About the Course \nParticipants in this training will engage in an interactive experience\, diving into the concept of integration\, rather than balance.  We will explore opportunities to life holistically\, bringing work\, home\, community and self together throughout our day.  Through the training\, we will also identify ways to increase the “flow” of the day\, thus decreasing stress and conflict. \nCourse Objectives \n\nParticipants will discuss challenges specific to working and living during a pandemic\nParticipants will be able to identify opportunities to integrate work\, home\, community and self-focus throughout their day\nParticipants will explore options for rejuvenation activities that allow for a “flow” experience\nParticipants will prepare a sample day plan utilizing techniques explored in the session\n\nTarget Audience \nTarget audience includes psychologists\, social workers\, professional counselors\, marriage and family therapists\, recovery coaches\, peer specialists\, nurses\, nurse practitioners\, psychiatrists\, and substance abuse counselors for this intermediate level of instruction. \nCEs \n\n2.0 PCB Approved Education Credits\n2.0 Continuing Education Credits for Licensed Social Workers\, Licensed Professional Counselors\, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists\n2.0 Continuing Education Credits for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)\n\nThere is no conflict of interest or commercial support for this program. \nAll attendees must log in promptly at the beginning of the training and remain the duration of the training to receive continuing education credits. \nPlease provide license number and email address when registering for this training to receive log in information for this virtual training. \nPersons with disabilities and special needs are encouraged to contact the registrar for further information. \n  \nAbout the Presenter \nMichelle Rampulla\, MS\, OTR/L\, CPRP is a Master’s level Occupational Therapist and is a nationally Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner. She has worked in the behavioral health field for 14 years\, the last eight years at Penn Foundation as an IPR Practitioner\, OT Cognitive Assessor\, an Adjunct Faculty for Jefferson University coordinating the fieldwork experiences for OTA students at Penn Foundation\, and currently a residential assessment and skills coordinator/group facilitator.  Michelle has presented sessions at statewide conferences\, addressing Cognitive Remediation Training and the correlation between OT and Psychiatric Rehabilitation. \n  \nFor more information\, contact Karen M.
