Event: Mindfulness After Work

Research indicates that mindfulness training can have a significant positive effect for those experiencing stress, anxiety, high blood pressure,
depression, chronic pain, migraines, heart conditions, diabetes and other ailments. Come see for yourself how these skills can positively impact your life. This is an eight-week course that will run every Wednesday from January 15 – March 4, 2020. The presenters will be Barbara Kopystecki, MA, MHP and MaryLynne Black, Psy.D.
