Join us for an informative morning where you will learn tips for promoting mental wellness in the workplace, including how you can make your own mental wellness a priority.

You will learn how to have conversations about mental health with your employees, reduce mental health stigma in the workplace, implement mental wellness initiatives for all employees, promote the benefits of self-care, and incorporate self-care into your busy schedule.

Participants will be eligible for continuing education credits.


SPEAKERS

Laura Kratz, M.Ed., LPC,  Clinical Coordinator, St. Luke’s Penn Foundation EAP
Laura Kratz, M.Ed., LPC, has more than 30 years of experience working in the mental health field. Laura has worked as an EAP counselor since 2018, providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families. She has extensive experience in the areas of life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, substance abuse, depression and mood disorders, anger, work-related issues. She also has experience in providing management and staff trainings. Laura previously worked part-time for EAP from 2005-2012.


Kevin Davis,
Senior Benefits Consultant & Senior Vice President, Univest Insurance
Kevin has more than 25 years of experience in benefit sales and consulting. He provides expertise in the areas of compliance, strategic planning, employee engagement and communications and serves on the Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Healthcare Education and Wellness Committee. Kevin has spoken at various healthcare conferences, most recently as a panelist at the Healthcare Symposium for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
