Student Assistance Program
The Student Assistance Program (SAP) provides consultation services for the Student Assistance Programs in the secondary schools of four local districts:
Quakertown Community School District
Palisades School District
Pennridge School District
Souderton Area School District
The SAP coordinator provides these schools with the means to identify and refer students who are "at-risk" for developing emotional, mental, or substance use problems.
Free assessments are offered to students and their families to determine if the student has a problem and if so, the SAP coordinator provides recommendations and referrals for further treatment.
