Mental Health Residential Services

Mental Health Residential Services offers housing support for persons with major mental illnesses and co-occurring mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Independence, personal growth, and holistic recovery are facilitated within a caring community of current residents, alumni, and committed staff.

Supports are provided to adult tenants within a structured living environment.·All apartments are located within the same apartment complex in the Perkasie/Sellersville area near Penn Foundation. Each two-bedroom apartment provides housing for three residents.

Maximum Supervision
For Bucks County residents only, this is a transitional program known as·a Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) program. Residents are offered 24-hour on-site availability of staff support and supervision within the unit of Maximum apartments.

Long Term Supported Housing
Residents of Bucks and Montgomery counties are offered daily staff support and supervision. Staff are available 24-hours-a-day within the unit of·Maximum apartments. Residents may live here as long as they remain responsibile tenants and available supports meet their needs and desires.

Alumni Program
Alumni services are available to anyone who has resided in the residential program. Services include individual contact from staff for social support, assistance with accessing resources, and help in moving. Recreational activities available to current residents are open to·alumni.
