Since the 1980s, Penn Foundation's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has strived to help employees better manage their personal problems, thus maximizing their and your company's productivity. EAP currently serves over 80 businesses and covers over 22,000 people.

We offer a full range of counseling, consultation, and training services designed to give employers and employees the support and skills to manage behavioral health issues that interfere with workplace performance. EAP will work with your company to design a program tailored to your unique needs.

EAP has more than 20 offices throughout Pennsylvania and affiliated partner offices in California, Delaware, Florida, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.
