Doing Whatever it Takes

Wrap Around Services represent the latest trend in children’s behavioral healthcare services. It is an empowerment approach which focuses on a child’s strengths. Wrap Around is highly individualized and provides intensive counseling and behavioral management services to children from birth to 21 years of age. The goal of Wrap Around is to stabilize the child through intensive interventions and active involvement of the systems in the child's life (i.e., the family, school, religion, etc.)

We understand that each child is part of a family and social context, which necessitates active involvement from all resources in the child’s life. We work as a team that is community-based and unconditional (services are never denied because of severity or circumstance).

A child is eligible for Wrap Around services if they are at risk for out-of-home placement due to behavioral or emotional difficulties such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, conduct disorders, adjustment disorders, grief reactions, sexual abuse, physical abuse, and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
