Transitional Outpatient Program

The Transitional Outpatient Program is a unique new service created in the spring of 2007. Its goal is to provide enhancement services to traditional Outpatient psychotherapy by utilizing the group format, which offers a valuable enrichment to individuals’ educational and supportive needs throughout the recovery process. Participants choose from a variety of groups to meet their individual interests and recovery needs. In addition to open-format support groups, current group topics include:

  • Crisis Management
  • Depression and Bi-Polar Management
  • Self-Esteem
  • Co-Occurring Disorders (mental illness and addiction)
  • Art Therapy

Groups are offered weekdays, both mornings and afternoons. Please contact the Transitional Outpatient Program for more information regarding the current group offerings and schedule.

Some insurance providers may help cover group fees. Please contact Carol McDonald at 215-257-8786 for information regarding insurance and payment options, as well as group selections and times.
