Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation

One of our most recent programs, the Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation program aims to assist individuals with mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders in setting and achieving personal goals in their living, learning, working, and social environments. The focus of this program is on individual functional skill development, enhancement, retention, and transference to real life tasks and settings.

Services are provided on an intensive, time-limited basis through group work and individual meetings. Everyday community-based skills and supports are enhanced with the goal of facilitating ongoing growth in a person’s functioning and status while nurturing a spirit of hope and expectation that improvement and recovery are possible.
