"There were times when we felt that the situation with our daughter was hopeless. Rehab at Home® brought us and our family stability and peace of mind. It was calming to know we had people to talk to. We were impressed by the uniqueness of the program. It offers a diverse range of services and offered consistency, which we, and especially our daughter, needed."

Rehab at Home® is unlike any other addiction treatment program. It is a professional coaching program for families and loved ones of addicted persons. Rehab at Home® uses the strength of the family in the process of recovery. Rather than viewing the family as a hindrance to recovery, we view the family as an asset.
In Rehab at Home® , the family participates in the development and ongoing maintenance of their loved one's recovery. We teach families how to work as a team, not in an enabling or controlling fashion, but in an assertive, loving, and solutions-focused manner. Addiction is too powerful to battle alone.
Rehab at Home® is a philosophy of empowerment. Lasting recovery is not just an individual experience, it's a family experience. Rehab at Home® won't stop until your home is the center of recovery. We will walk with each of you every step of the way, from day 1 to day 90, even longer if necessary.
1. 24 hours/day, 7 days/week direct phone access with a professional counselor or nurse.
A professional counselor will be immediately available whenever you or your loved one calls. If necessary, a Registered Nurse or Psychiatrist will be available for phone contact.
Check-up phone calls to you and your loved one will be made throughout each day, especially during times of instability.
2. Home visits by a professional counseling team that will work with the entire family.
This team will be available on a daily basis at your home until your situation stabilizes. Once stabilized, the team will schedule family visits based on your needs.
Each visit will focus on developing family-based solutions, not just client-based solutions.
We will also join you in visits, if needed, to your family doctor, current counselor or psychiatrist to coordinate care if medication or detoxification matters need to be addressed.
If at any time you are not satisfied with your team, we will provide other team options for you.
3. Psychiatric and/or addiction treatment is likely to be part of the overall care that is needed. The cost for such treatment is not included in the Rehab at Home® fee (treatment such as inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, and/or psychiatric care). We will utilize insurance and/or other sources of funding to pay for such care whenever possible.
4. Daily activities and goals will guide the entire family through the first few months, providing as much structure as needed to assure progress.
5. A Support Group/Spirituality Coach of your choosing will guide you in the development of a sober support network sensitive to your religious/spiritual needs. This staff person could be our Chaplain or one of our staff who have direct experience with the specific needs of the loved one.
The coach will support the loved one to see that his/her support/spiritual needs are met, working at a pace he/she is comfortable with.
The coach will go with the loved one to find a community support network, be it a 12-step group, church, etc.
The coach will help the loved one make contacts with community people that can provide a foundation of long-term support.
