Mobile Engagement Services

Our Mobile Engagement Services are designed to make traditional drug and alcohol services more effective and efficient. Mobile Engagement Services (MES) is an informal way to help you, a family member, or a loved one get help. It aids in linking people to treatment services and assists families in learning how to properly respond to addiction.

We provide:

  • Extensive phone coordination/intervention for difficult cases: Do you need 15 minutes or a half hour to "just talk" to a professional? MES is available.
  • Professionals who can come to a home, neutral site, or office of a person or family who is in distress: When the addict and/or family member "can't" or "won't" access help, MES workers will come to you.
  • Transportation to counseling and other appointments critical to overall recovery: MES can get you to an appointment. If transportation is a barrier to getting help, then MES can help you.
  • Consultation in the design of assertive contracts for families/persons whose loved one is not motivated towards treatment: If you have a loved one/friend/client that has a problem with drugs or alcohol but refuses to get help, MES will help you work with them.
  • Coordination: Need help with court situations, probation/parole officers, or school officials? MES can be the link you need to complete required treatment.
