From the South Via Route 309

  • Take Route 309 North to the Perkasie (Route 563) exit. This exit is located at the crest of the hill, approximately 15-20 minutes north of Montgomeryville and five minutes beyond the Souderton (Rt. 113) exit.
  • At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto Lawn Avenue.
  • Penn Foundation will be on your left approximately 1/4 mile from the exit as you descend a moderate incline.

From the North Via Route 309

  • Follow Route 309 South, which becomes an expressway after you pass through the Quakertown area.
  • Take the second exit (Perkasie-Route 563).
  • At the top of the exit ramp, turn left onto Lawn Avenue.
  • Penn Foundation will be on your left approximately 1/4 mile from the exit as you accend a moderate incline.

From the Philadelphia International Airport

  • Upon exiting the airport, take I-95 South towards Delaware.
  • Follow I-95 for approximately three miles to I-476 (Plymouth Meeting), which branches off to the right.
  • Follow I-476 North until you come to the Pennsylvania Turnpike exchange.
  • When exiting the toll plaza stay to the left and take the Northeast Extension (I-476) of the turnpike toward Allentown.
  • Follow the directions "Via Pennsylvania Turnpike Northeast Extension" from this point on.

From the East and South Via Route 611 and Route 313

  • Follow Route 611 North and take the bypass around Doylestown to the Route 313 exit, which is approximately five minutes beyond Doylestown Hospital.
  • At the top of the exit ramp, turn left and head west along Route 313 for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Turn left onto Route 563 (Ridge Road), which intersects Route 313 at the top of an incline. If you pass the Country Place Restaurant on the right you have gone too far.
  • Follow Route 563 for approximately five to six miles until reaching the Lawn Avenue intersection, which is at the third traffic light you will encounter after turning onto Route 563.
  • Turn left onto Lawn Avenue. After traveling 3/8 of a mile, the Grand View Hospital Emergency entrance is on your right and Penn Foundation is on your left as you descend a moderate incline.

Via Pennsylvania Turnpike Northeast Extension

From the South

  • Follow the Northeast extension to the Lansdale exit.
  • When exiting the toll plaza, turn left at the stoplight, then left again at the second stoplight (Forty Foot Road).
  • Follow Forty Foot Road into Hatfield, where the street name changes to Broad Street.
  • Continue on Broad Street until you come to a stop sign.
  • Turn left at the stop sign and follow this road as it curves to the right and again changes name to Unionville Pike.
  • Unionville Pike will intersect with Route 309 at a traffic light.
  • Turn left onto Route 309 (going North) and follow directions "From the South Via Route 309".

From the North

  • Follow the Northeast Extension to the Quakertown exit (Route 663).
  • After the toll plaza, turn left at the traffic light onto Route 663 until you come to Route 309.
  • Turn right onto Route 309 and follow the directions "From the North Via Route 309.”

From Penn Foundation

  • Go northwest on Lawn Avenue toward PA-563
  • Turn Left on Ridge Road / PA-563
  • Stay straight to go onto Brandt Road
  • Turn left onto Sumneytown Pike / PA-63
  • Turn right onto Shelly Road
  • Stay straight onto Schwenksville Road
  • Turn right to stay on Schwenksville Road
  • Schwenksville Road becomes Larson Road bearing to the right.
  • Turn Left onto Main Street / Pa-29 / PA-73
  • Turn immediately right onto Park Avenue, which becomes Game Farm Road
  • Turn left onto Neiffer Road
  • Turn right onto West Ridge Pike.
  • Continue straight after passing Ford auto dealership. Follow sign to "Sanatoga" and not Route 422.
  • Turn right onto Heritage Drive
  • At the first stop sign, turn left onto Creekside Drive

From the East

  • Take 422 West to the Sanatoga Exit
  • Continue straight through the stop sign
  • At the traffic light, turn left onto High Street
  • At the second traffic light, turn right onto Heritage Drive
  • At the first stop sign, turn left onto Creekside Drive

From the North

  • Take 422 East to the Armand Hammer Boulevard Exit
  • Turn right off of the exit
  • At the first traffic light, turn left onto Armand Hammer Boulevard
  • At the third traffic light, turn right onto High Street
  • At second traffic light, turn left onto Heritage Drive
  • At the first stop sign, turn right onto Creekside Drive
