-Participants will understand what Celiac Disease is, its prevalence in the United States, and the need for a multi-disciplinary approach.

Course Objectives:
-Participants will understand what Celiac Disease is, its prevalence in the United States, and the need for a multi-disciplinary approach.
-Participants will be able to identify the ways Celiac Disease can manifest itself, including mental health symptoms, the high risk populations, and the diagnostic steps.
-Participants will become familiar with a gluten-free diet, strategies to support its maintenance, and the role of clinicians in facilitating adherence to this type of diet.
