Headquartered in Sellersville, Pennsylvania, Penn Foundation is a not-for-profit organization providing mental health, mental retardation, and substance use services for children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, families, businesses, schools, and churches primarily located in Bucks and Montgomery counties.

We offer a comprehensive continuum of distinct programs designed to meet all levels of mental, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual healthcare needs.
